All Media EXCEPT Podsafe Music: Visitors to the Podcast NYC website or subscribers to the RSS feed are free to download, distribute or link to media files on the site within the following guidelines:

• Media files may not be altered without the permission of Podcast NYC.
• Media files may not be sold or used for any other commercial purpose without the permission of Podcast NYC.
• When distributing or linking to Podcast NYC media, credit must be given to Podcast NYC for creation of the media.

Podsafe Music: Podcast NYC is not the owner of these works and does not hold a license to distribute or authorize distribution of these media files outside of the consent given by the author of the works to make the media available on the Podsafe Music page. Visitors to the Podcast NYC or subscribers to the RSS feed are free to download and listen to media files located on the Podsafe Music page for personal use only.

If you wish to distribute or link to the individual media files located on the Podsafe Music page you must adhere to the following guidelines:

Commercial use of the music located in Podsafe Music is strictly prohibited unless expressed consent is provide by the owner of the music.
