We're featuring the uplifting pop music of the band Whirl this week. Whirl is lead by a very talented singer, songwriter and guitarist named Nikki Maoz. Originally formed in Cambridge, England where Nikki was studying, she brought her music to the New York area several years ago and has been wowing the crowds here ever since. Doesn't she have an incredible voice ? I think Nikki and the band are fantastic and deserve to be HUGE. They just take me places far, far away.
Played them on my podcast www.threefromleith.blogspot.com this week, and have ordered their CD for myself.

I really like her music as well. I think my favorite tune is Palmreader. The voice is great and the songs are great to listen to. Thanks for featuring the music. I know that Nikki and the band will appreciate it.
