Podcast NYC produces both audio and video content for syndication via this website, Apple's iTunes Podcast directory, Yahoo podcasts, the Odeo audio distribution network and more. All content is distributed free under a Creative Commons attribution, non-commercial, no derivatives license. In other words, you can redistribute the content on Podcast NYC but you must link back to us, you can't charge for it and you can't alter the work without our permission. If you would like to have our permission to alter the terms of the license then feel free to contact us anytime.
